Radiation Shielding Equipment

L-Shield is a shield which is used on a desk for protecting workers from radiation when handling radioactive materials on a workbench.

Hands can be placed on both open sides of the L-Shield, and a 2mm lead shield can protect the operator's body when handling small amounts of gamma-ray emission sources.

The lead glass is mounted obliquely to the eyes of the operator in order to provide a good field of view to the operator while he/she is working.
